The trigeminal nerve is a complex cranial nerve. Provide a general overview of the three branches of this nerve (ophthalmic, maxillary, and mandibular nerves). Be sure to include key spaces and openings that are relevant to the path of each branch of the trigeminal. List structures that are innervated by each branch (this list does not need to be comprehensive).
