Challenges to Organizational Change

Assume that after receiving your doctorate, you decide to become a leadership consultant, presenting workshops on various topics to organizations all around the country. One of your workshops deals with resistance and challenges to change. Prepare a tri-fold brochure that can be distributed to participants in your workshop. The brochure should highlight the primary challenges to change from a leader's perspective. Focus on the resistance to change by employees. What are their motivations for resisting change? Why don't they recognize the benefits of change? Present some tips for motivating employees to embrace change.
