I need help determining how to calculate the limit of a given series using the ratio test (particular problems I am struggling with are attached)

I am getting the feeling that the first one converges and that the last two diverge. But, I am struggling to calculate the limits. I know to use the formula: |a_(n+1) |/|a_n | .
