Taylor Series Problem

Write the Taylor series about x=0 for ([cos(X^3)]/x) and ([cos(7X)]/x^3)

I would like to see the step by step process for how this works.
I know the standard series for any variable of cos(x), but would like to understand how dividing by x changes the problem
