Z test for proportion of blower accident data

Men are usually the snow blower accident victims. There are several factors to consider, but we're going to choose the level of operating experience between men ages 21-35. We selected 32 men between the ages of 21 and 35 who'd been in snow blower accidents that caused finger amputations. 16 of the men had no experience operating a snow blower and 16 of them had previous experience operating a snow blower. Is the level of experience related to the accidents or is there another factor to consider? Are snow blower accidents caused because the operator has never operated a snow blower?

(I had to create a problem, make up realistic numbers and include the hypotheses, bogus, though realistic, data, statistical model including the test statistic, CV and/or P-value, and conclusion.)

(I need help creating the numbers and working the problem. Feel free to change any of my numbers or add to it if necessary. Please help!)
